but as far as the trademark issue goes.. and if the taco bender is real, then he has a blatant misunderstanding of what's going on. He says his site is different.. in content I assume, which makes him think he isn't stealing, but content is a moot issue. It's the trademarked name. Try using playboys.com and watch the shit hit the fan quick-like. Auto Zone started out as Auto Shack til Radio Shack sue them for using part of their trademarked name. and to be on the safe side..: "All trademarked names used herein were done so for reference purposes only"
