Actually I only use sponsor hosted galleries right now, but I believe that I'd still need the documentation to show the nudity right ? I suppose that I could make my thumb tgps non-nude, but that would really suck and I'm not sure if it'd be clear in their eyes.
I'm doing record numbers right now, it's gonna suck if I built it all up, only to have to lose it all.
