Not taking sides, but TECHICALLY the makers of Godzilla could sue Thumbzilla for copyright violation. Doubtful if Godzilla never existed Thumbzilla would either. Especially since he has a huge lizzard for a logo.
Also green guy tried to sue someone who got a version of link-o-rama and LOST his case. The judge said he didn't have exclusive rights to all variations of his domain name.
