you need to be able to walk outside... either near a nature reserve.. a beach.. or a golf course.. (all at night of course, with the lack of the former, surprisingly enough golf courses are cool.. sort of half nature half artificial.. because you are forced to see the patterns in everything, rows of trees and artificial landscaping makes it feel like some big wonderland/narnia).. take a walkman, an acoustic guitar, or a small radio.. it sounds terribly "college student".. but one of the coolest accessories that we ever brought along was a dictation recorder.. one of the guys had recorded a psychiatrist's speech on sanity or something to that effect.. and all of us sitting around on the beach tripping so heavily that a few of us couldn't actually talk listening to this guy go on about mental functioning and the human psyche was so fucking cool.. this disconnected voice talking in radio booth resonance and sane re-assurance out of the night..
also boiled up with a shroom portion, sugar and a tea bag for each person is good for a nice earthy tea.. or fresh with peanut satay, or on a shish kabob is another great way..
sure music or movies inside or whatever is cool while it's coming on.. but you WONT want to be inside when you're peaking.. you'll need the open night sky..
and i think i've only ever eaten food while tripping once.. and i didn't know whether i was eating it or chewing my tongue.. that sounds bad.. but all your senses and perceptions are cascading into each other.. it's a bit hard to know whats going on

don't do it alone unless you've done it a few times.. also it's a good experience.. but don't make it a habit.. once or twice every season is enough..
