Seems like it's time to let her go.. she had a good run and you have paid her a lot more than anyone else would have. People seem to think the grass is always greener on the other side, she will find out soon enough.
From your other posts seems you have some new girls, so losing her will be a blow, but if you already have content screw it. Just push the new girls that much harder and make a new star.
I just set up a deal tonight for my first single girl site. There are plenty of hot girls out there that can and will want to take her place. Wish her the best of luck and just find a new girl.
