Which you knew before you even sent it that i wouldn't be sending the rest of the money till the site was up and established.. and you know that.
as soon as i wired 4500cdn and u told me it was US i TOLD YOU that i couldn't spend the rest... and then you offered that you know i wont fuck you and sent the content.. which i havn't fucked you btw...i don't scam anybody.
