That may be, but it's still the play I would make myself in the similar situation. Eventually I'd just get to the point where I dreaded seing sos's name attached to mine and look at it as a loss (though in this case refunding his payment isn't a loss, because he doesn't have licenses anyway and no real work was done on this volume bulk buy. Correct me if I'm wrong there, if these were exclusive shoots or something that's entirely diff.)
