Donovan and Belinda's generosity aside, there are no insults here. Only reality. You want your business to grow, there is no doubt in my mind that it's been hampered by this negative publicity. I'm not going to provide more details about your current situation as it's none of the board's business. My intention was not to embarass you or flame you, but to offer a course of action that could free you from it. Have you actually being the hero instead of trying to just appear as one.
