Like I said, you don't know the specifics of what we may have worked out with him as far as his costs go, we try our best to work with everyone
As far as a refund being "possible" of course it has to be possible. I can't offer a blanket 'yes you'll be refunded if you're not happy' becuase if he winds up doing great with it and decides to have a regligous awakening and do something else (or any number of other wacky scenarios) I can't refund him in that case. Everything has to be on a case by case basis. That is why it is a "possible" refund.
