You can be sure that if it IS a fake -- the family of those who died in the car accidents would probably sue those responsible for the video... emotional distress? If my mom died and somebody make a "ghost" video of her flying around and shit -- I'd fuck them up real bad...
Nobody is going to go through that much trouble to fake a ghost video like this and risk getting sued in court.
