Oh please!
While i agree that the person was probably in a rather uncomfortable position, i think it's a fucking joke to refer to it as "mental anguish"
He'll probably win though. It <i>is</i> about time airlines addressed issues like this. I wonder how much of an impact this will have on that move to charge obese people for more than one passenger seat.
