Dress up!? Here in NY the more prominent a person is the less he or she has to dress up. Sneakers & jeans are accepted in the more exclusive hot club of the minute. I was in Eugene's (a club) the other night for a record release party with a t shirt and jeans on. That's how it is here and in Philly too to some degree.
