Exactly right.
Every one who flies knows what can happen when you get on the plane. You can be sitting next to a screaming kid, or a drunk, or a sweaty stinky fuck who insists on trying to talk to you for the whole flight.
What kind of mentality does it take to try and sue for even the slightest inconvinience.
