I drink coffee in spurts.

I've noticed that black coffee helps me supress my appetite a bit better. I can eat lighter meals with caffiene as a part of my diet.

I suppose like anything else, balance is important.

Since I've been working out and eating right, I'm drinking more fluids, mostly water and a bit of coffee.

Green Tea is also an excellent diet additive from what I hear.
