I do, but:
a) he ususally doesn't reply
b) when he does -- he uses as few words as possible
c) if I gave it to you -- he would probably kill me
I think Netpond has some kind of message board that is run by Tommy and Greenguy...? Well at least I thought so -- a long time ago...
A good bet is to post your question for Tommy on here -- then his minions may forward your request if you are deemed important enough :p
