A few humble suggestions - all meant constructively, so I hope you take them as such :- ) 1. You are doing the right thing with this program overall - congrats! Devil though, as known, is often in the details / execution... 2. Mail problems can always happen, but when it lasts for a week or so, then I bet it may cost you some money, especially when launching a new program - I guess a few people would be just like "wtf?" and give up trying to contact you. 3. Have a guideline in place for uploaders to read, on what the videos should be like (no-go's, watermarks, whatever your internal rules are). Or, if you have such guideline, make it more visible. 4. The first video we uploaded there was rejected. No drama, it can happen. However, other tubes provide a specific reason when this happens. Technical problems? Bad encoding? Shitty content? Duration? If you just say "rejected", you are discouraging people to ever upload again (the video that was rejected, made a few grand sales on other tubes, and there's really nothing extreme or questionable there - knowing what's the problems would have helped) 5. Especially since you are (sounds like) a human, having a nick on this board like "tnaflixbot" might not necessary be the smartest Industry PR move.. Sounds like you are you using some spam-bot (you are not, I now can tell) Hoping to make $ together

We have a guideline but yeh a revision of the page could for sure help as this is not clear enough or detailed enough thanks for this suggestion 4. This is a superb idea and we will develop this for our systems asap - again really nice thank you 5. We sincerly apologise for any hard feelings and will have your content removed immediatly, additionally we can add you to the forbidden list if you would like all content banned for good. Please just send the DMCA request to us and we will process it ASAP. We would very much like the link to this content if it was watermarked with our brand "Tnaflix.com" as this must have been done by a third party we do not watermark any of our free content. We only watermark premium licensed content with the brand "FlixPremium.com" Possibly your content is being sold by a broker and you where unaware of it being published on the flix premium network? Just to be clear for anyone - Tnaflix and the whole Tnaflix Network has a forbidden list, DMCA account and many DMCA agents working with us daily so that we can prevent copyright infringement. With this addition of the Partner Content Program we are hoping to better prevent copyright infringement and help facilitate business tools for adult professionals to benefit from. If you have any questions please let us know, it would be awesome to have you join our program! Hopefully in the coming months we will have another addition of the APAP from the Free Speach Coalition adding another layer of anti-piracy protection to our service. If you start finger printing your content with the FSC now then when the program launches you can have anti-piracy protection on all of your content across a huge percentage of the large tube sites. Find out more about the APAP here - http://fscapap.com/ Thanks and please get in contact so we can remove your content asap and discuss forbidden list and what to do in the future. |
