Niche is always nice as then your competition is less. Downside is your pool of talent is less to pull from. Hard to recruit models on a niche site when you only have a few models on the site none online and traffic is low. On a regular cam site a girl could sign up for yours split/cam and run a few at once. On your site since so niche if you want them to dress goth/wear fangs

might not be able to pull off running 2 sites at once so to get them to commit to only yours you need major traffic so they know it's worth devoting their time and profitable. You could probably do with a better logo as well $40-$100 should get ya something nice in vector. Better logo, massive traffic, and maybe some advertisements on related/goth type of sites. Lily and Eden ain't bad looking if those are legit models. Alternative would be to sign up as a studio for a large cam site that already has massive traffic, promote your girls and then when you have say 12-50 girls recruited schedule them differently so a few are always online then flip it to your own site.
