You may do this right inside of VD Bucks simply by going to MY ACCOUNT > Account Details > W-9 Information.

There you will see a link to the IRS's W-9 form in .pdf format. Please download, fill out, sign, scan and upload it back into our system so that we can ensure none of your future payouts will be delayed. Again, this requirement is for U.S based affiliates only!
