Hey everyone,

As you may already know, we are throwing an adult virtual convention on February 23rd, 24th and 25th www.adultvirtualconvention.com

Feb 24th- Business to Business and Industry Day

Feb 25th - Business to Consumer Day

Feb 26th - Consumer and Fans Day

The show will have seminars, speakers, exhibit booths, networking, after hours virtual parties and even an awards show. We have teamed up with Xbiz who will be co-sponsoring our awards show.

The convention already has over 1500 registered attendee's and over 50 exhibitors. This number is growing daily and were expecting to see close to 5000 people come through the convention during the three day period. We expecting over 1000 to the awards show alone.

The awards show will be taking place on February 25th between 4pm-6pm (Pacific) time and will be hosted by a comedian Patrick Maliha. He currently has the record for most impressions in one minute. The show will be funny, entertaining and the first of its kind to take place entirely in a virtual environment.

We will be broadcasting and streaming the awards show out of the virtual environment and live to the web during this two hour slot. We are currently looking for a high traffic site who would like to become one of our streaming sponsors. There are only a couple spots left for this as the other spots have been given to our Gold and Awards sponsors.

The Streaming Sponsorship would also give you a complimentary booth on the convention floor, your logos on the site and around the awards show as one of our Streaming Sponsors, Also, of course, passes to the virtual convention.

The stream would work by using a flash video banner that is placed on your site that we would then stream the virtual video feed to that spot when the event starts from our flash media server during the 2 hour time period. This is all we would be asking for in exchange for the sponsorship. Considering that this have never been done before, this is an excellent opportunity to build your brand and get some eyeballs to your site.
