I tested many on my network. Here are ones I am happy with and keep on my network in different combination depending on site/visitors:
some cpm networks i use in passback chain top tier which allow setting of minium cpm: pulsepoint/contextweb, criteo middle/lower tier tier: lijit, pixfuture, techno rati media remnant traffic: adsvisual, adsgadget for images/in image advertising: gumgum, taggify If you like to have a referral link for any please say  Also I can give some more details if you like,cpm earnings etc maybe also do some cooperation for this type of entertainment site, I have many.
