New to this forum so first i want to say hello and wish everybody luck & success with their projects

my company is webcam studio based out of Florida Looking for some direction and advice
all feedback is welcome.

I am still in the process of researching and looking for a parent company to affiliate with. the following are the features that i am looking for so if anybody can point me in the right direction it will be greatly appreciated in the future once setup i would not mind promoting any links advertising for anybody that helps me with valuable info on my website.

a little about me I am an IT support tech currently working for one of the top data centers in that industry i have 15 plus years experience with hardware software help desk support and more.... looking to make some money on the side and if all goes well make this a full-time endeavor.

I understand we are trying to make money but please dont send me links me to sub under your website as i will be dealing only with parent companies.

my company will specialize in giving models total technical support and training in a studio atmosphere or locally from their homes but they would be local models where we can provide true human support with both hardware software & training this is what the studio gets paid for.

1.Looking for a setup with good payout and traffic.
In a white label option they also provide the domain but not a deal breaker.
not sure if some parent companies provide this option without creating a separate site but then i would be losing money from advertising if you have any insight on this please share.

2.good modern looking website and software interface with voice IM features to contact models instantly through voice while in chat/show.My top picks at the moment are flirt4free and chaturbate.

2.Parent site must let me create sub-studios as I have my own studio but have investors that want their own studios i would be managing these studios for them on a 24/7 basis.

3.Parent company pays models directly but i want the option to set the percentage per model as i would be paying at home local models 50% and physical studio models 40% of what they make.

4.I also want to outsource advertising and traffic any recommendations on who or what companies i can hire for this with good results ?

I am considering rev share for my studio and sub studios any experiences with this??
