I recommend FetishWealth and FetishHits. SexTronix also has extreme sites. You may want to check them out as well.

 Also as I can see Fetishhits don't provide their own content, because all their webcams are made on Cambuilder, so they are just affiliates. Anyone knows where they take content? |
