What are mainstream affiliate integration websites like Crakrevenue?
Hello, I am looking for some website in Mainstream that be like Crakrevenue. Something like Viglink, but that allows just to get a link that automatically redirects the user to the best possible offer.

Any other suggestions? I have some mainstream traffic that I do not know how to deal with, so an automatic solution could do wonders. Thanks.
Preferably something that be not "lotteries" nor dating nor games nor other kind of silly online time wasting. I want something that integrates, for example, online shopping or more serious applications.

For Online-Shops in Europe you can probably try Yieldkit. Not sure how big they are in US. Depends on what kind of traffic you have you can also go ahead with Kelkoo but I think they don´t offer an automated solution
