Lets say i drive some traffic to my white label and the person says "ohhh damn she is cute". A day later they go to CB's main page and they sign up. I use my own domain name, but people can still tell its CB. Is that a loss to me? or is there a cookie from my white label.

Makes me wonder if I should just promote the main site.

Cookies can only be stored and accessed within the same domain. If a visitor went to your domain where the cookie was set then went to the CB domain directly, then no the cookie would not transfer over.
