Private payment provider/Processor/Merchant
Hello!
So I have a dilemma that is probably very easily solvable. I am from the UK I have noticed a lot of websites (escort ones/adult sites) have their company information in their privacy policy. You can do a search on google of the company number/name and find out who owns the company, the accounts etc. For obvious reasons I wouldn’t want my identity being linked to my website and would rather remain anonymous. I have noticed the only payment provider where you don’t need to have a company or put personal information in your privacy policy is CC BILL. I was very interested in EPOCH because they offer a variety of payment options, including paypal and paysafecard (which is great for customers that want their identity private). And yes i’ve seen these options on a adult swingers site. But the only problem is from what i’ve read i think you need to have a company and the website’s i’ve seen that use Epoch have their company information in the privacy policy section. I think both CCBILL and EPOCH fees are around 15% starting. MY QUESTIONS: Am i wrong about EPOCH? Are there any other Alternatives as good as EPOCH or better, cheaper etc? The paypal and paysafecard included is a big selling point for me. I have linked a screenshot of all the options the adult swinger site i spoke about earlier offers through EPOCH below, which I didn’t think was possible because I thought paypal didn’t work with adult sites? This is the screeshot: https://ibb.co/G2zmFW3 ANY HELP OR INFORMATION WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED! THANKS IN ADVANCE! Ps. Not able to sent private messages yet. Can you either reply to this post with your extensive knowledge or email me to discuss further. Email: [email protected] |

There is absolutely no way you can accept credit cards without providing your personal and registered business info to a merchant processing company. Even paysafecard asks for your business info and they're just processing gift cards and paycards. Your best bet is to use crypto.

one option could, emphasis on 'could' be using UK LLP with 2 offshore companies as partners (offshore companies which you would own) this would be for privacy only, and you would still need to prove yourself KYC wise to payment processors etc.
or a British Columbia (Canada) LLP. Keep in mind things change constantly and you might need to change things as you go. I'm neither a lawyer or accountant, this is for pointer only, you can check out offshorecorptalk.com and see what's available there.

Just so I am clear, so basically you need a registered company to sign up to any payment processor?

Technically you don't "need" a registered company to sign up for a payment processing account, you can technically do it as a sole proprietor however that also means you're 100% liable for everything personally without any protections so although technically it's possible to do so without having a licensed company, its not wise
