I'm already used to it between year with Verotel, and my own merchant account.
I honestly thought this was going to be the Zombaio announcement about them no longer paying the $750.00 VISA fee. They had hinted that would be going away soon. |

I wonder if Mastercard has any other changes in store for wallet / debt card companies.

Off topic, but Zombaio missed a payment due on the 22nd of this month. I emailed and they said that payments were running late due to holidays. This is a wire payment, not sure how late they can run... but 6 days seems pretty unlikely.
The amount wasn't substantial, but the fact that they're starting to miss payments makes me nervous. I may be opening up a CCBill account again... |

Hmm... so does that mean they'd be reserving 5% of just MC charges, or 5% of all charges for anyone that accepts MC?

Here's what they told me when I asked about a payment due on the 22nd
"We had some technical issues with the file uploading to our bank, usually this isn't a problem but with the holidays it caused a delay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, you should receive this wire later this week or at the latest in the beginning of next week." |

how I understand it they also raised the low volume processing fee to 8.9%
So in a week they jumped from 4.9% to 8.9% + 5% reserve... thats a big jump

Despite that the signed contract says 4.9% This move does not look good. |
