Actually i wonder, do you add EACH site of yours to use Juicyads' mobile redirect code on them or can you just re-use one code on all your sites without adding them into their system?

You can do that,but in that case it will look like all traffic coming from one site and that doesn't have much sense.

I just threw it in .htaccess in the root of my server and all domains and sites send mobile under one site..

If you have a network of sites it makes perfect sense, makes it easier to track. If you have a bunch of individual sites that you need to see how much mobile traffic is coming from each, then yeah it would be better to break them up.
