Online Content Shopping?
It's true all DVD content's in online shopping are exclusively yours after you paid?
- NO duplicate copy to other online shopping ? or cannot sell it again to other webmaster? If NO - and can sell it again to other webmaster's , meaning can post the same movie or download a movie in different sites and it is not an illegal?

If I'm understanding you then the answer is no.
When you buy a movie you simply have the right to watch the movie. Copyright law protects the current copyright owner, whoever that may be. You certainly don't gain any form of exclusive rights or permission to redistribute.
