Go back to the threads about how to fix InterNEXT from jan 2010/2009. There were loads of brilliant ideas.
In short it boiled down to mainstream people. I would vote for Seth Godin or Merlin Mann, other people suggested similar peeps. The other thing I would look at is the way unconferences work, with participants themselves whiteboarding what they want to hear about when then arrive. But after this show, we will have 8 complete months until the next Summit.
