How do I turn domain protect off with network solutions?

I have a domain I want to transfer from network solutions but I am unable to turn domain protect off. There is no link to do this. Registration is already set to public. Anybody else had this issue?

doesn't the email address still forward to you? You should be able to transfer with it on there. If you want to remove it, I'd hit up support because it sounds like there's a problem.

Thanks for the reply. I figured it out. It seems the user ID I was using didn't have permission to switch off domain protect. I had to log in with a different user ID which I didn't even know I had

A month ago I finally moved the last of my domains from netsol and bulkreg to namecheap.. even though I got an equaivalent renewel rate at netsol, it was just too much of a hassle to call them every time I was going to renew a domain.

This is the only domain I have left with netsol and every year I forget to transfer it until its to late. But this year I remembered a few days before renewal and looks like I was in time
