What insurance do you take out when hiring models and crew?

Based in the UK I think we have to have "Public Liability" and " Employers Liability"...

Does anyone have any experience in buying, a good firm, and is it possible for shoot days only?

I have liability insurance that's effective whenever I'm shooting. Some homeowners want a certificate of insurance before they'll let you rent their location. The liability insurance is cheap (at least in the US), and (IMHO) worth the peace of mind.

Thanks for that, here in the uK it is different and I think there is a legal requirement too, I was hoping someone had found a cheap way of insuring for the shoot days only...
