I don't understand how any Canadian who makes USD and could work mobile would be living in Canada in the first place? Makes no sense. Canada has insane taxes, high prices on just about everything, the weather sucks, the cities are full of immigrants from the worst countries (All US refugee rejects), it is a granny state with a million laws regarding everything and the girls are stuck-up and ugly. You online guys who are still there only have yourselves to blame, so STFU with your crybaby Canadian attitudes and move already.

Canadians have such an inferiority complex. Of course the US is not perfect, but even as a born white Canadian, I would admit that the US is a MUCH better place to live. Everything about it is better for the average person. Lower taxes, much better climates, way cheaper, hotter women, everything newer and better... Canada is the second choice for immigrants that can't get into the US for a reason. The bad part about being an American is you have to pay taxes no matter where you live.

I tracking value of USD/CZK since 5/2010 and then was 1 USD 21 CZK.I referring to recent Dollar drop for which i believe was caused by Libyan war.Since before Libyan war 1 EUR was 1.38 USD and now almost 1.44 USD.Oil price is not only factor which causing dollar drop,but it is one of "FAT" factors.

if it is a stand alone building and he has no mortgage then no one can require you to get insurance. However if it is condo type building and he owns 1 unit, he will have to pay for insurance .
