Do you have a profitable Real Estate site?
I'm looking for ideas to monetize a domain. I just put a forum on it for awhile and it has a lot of pages filled with people swapping information about long-term home rentals, houses for sale, and swaps at the moment. About 500 users. There are no ads, and posting is free. I hadn't bothered to develop it as I'd planned on flipping the domain but the market isn't so hot for that right now. I may as well do something with it in the meantime.

The best way to make money off of a real estate related website is to sell leads. They'll probably have to be geo-targeted, though, so that might be a little difficult. I'd keep the forum as they are great for SEO, but add a CMS and start creating content and showing listings for houses in a specific area.
You could start by, say, doing counties in New York with lots of keywords for specific towns and whatnot. Then just expand until you cover a large geographic area. If I remember correctly, you should be able to sell decent leads for a few bucks a pop.
