Registering with the US copyright office
How is this done with regards to running an adult site.
I did shoot content but now I'm running a message board, which uses other peoples' content. Keep in mind it's with their permission and it's with promo material. How much does this cost. I've spoken to an attorney about it but it can be difficult because an attorney wants to do things for you but that costs much more money. I know this is important, even though many adult studios don't do this (smaller ones anyway). |
