3D (stereoscopic) content producers show yourself

Who's producing it in 3D now? Show your stuff.

I'm not interested in CGI or 3D Max kind of shit, I'm talking about real photo/video material shot using a 3D camera.

i had a few clients asking, but then people realized that it's not like regular gonzo where you can just point and shoot. it takes expensive equipment, post production and a lot more time - so the content would be much more expensive. and no one wanted to pay that.

sure there will be some high end 3D movies from a few companies that still can sell some numbers - but on a broad scale? i doubt it.

and actually: how exciting can a few bouncing titties and cumshots towards the camera be when you see it for the 50th time?

In fact I think this is a new feature for cellphones, that is going to hit the market in the following couple of years.

it looks good, maybe someday there will be a cheap way to produce 3D. but right now i refer to this comment:

The only down side, is I bought it specifically to edit and compile some 3D clips to share with others, and as of today, there is still no way I have found to do that. You can watch the clips on th Camcorder, or on a 3D TV etc, but when you import theclips into editing software it always pulls a flat 2D version regardless of what software I used, even Sony's "Vegas"
and thats the same problem with all other cheap 3D cameras i saw so far

but wait, isn't there like Youtube 3D version or something? There is got to be a way to pull these videos and encode them into a watchable computer format. How about these samples: http://www.latin-hot.com/3d/video/

Too expensive to shoot and edit. The production costs go well beyond the costs of the basic porn budget.

I shot over 100 3D scenes before there ever was a 3D camera. Used 2 EX3's with a mirror box. Every shot was precisely measured in distance from the subject and the cameras were spaced apart according to a specific 3D formula. Very time consuming and tedious.

There are only 4 experienced crews i the world that do 3D with rigs(the right way). 3D cameras look like crap in comparison to what comes out of a 3D rig.

Peace out of Russia or a crew im friends with that just relocated to the east coast.

The 3rd crew just got contracted by a large company.

And I since quit shooting 3D and got contracted to shoot 2d.

I will call my buddies from the only american crew that is available to work and point them to this thread if you are serious with work.
