I think they are having issues with the nats 4.1 upgrade, give em some time to get it fixed.
I spoke to them the other day and they are not going anywhere, new sites are coming out and like I said they are in the midst of upgrading to 4.1

A little info....
If you click the top part of the webmaster banner - the biggest area, it goes to the blank page. Click the Nats enter / ccbill enter ect. small buttons below and all is working just fine. Just links to different part within nats.
