statcounter have nice tool, shows you for what kw visitor is sent and on what page of results it was, nice to daily listing check...

I use Wusage.
Let's me compare daily, weekly, monthly, etc with tons of options.  Relatively cheap and runs on windows servers. http://www.boutell.com/wusage/ |

Use Google Analytics for your sites statistics, there's really not much better other than Piwik which you will have no hope of installing.
For tracking your sites performance in Google rankings you should use the Rank Tracker module in Market Samurai. It will tell you which keywords are ranking in Google and what pages are indexed, ranking , not ranking and need work. |
