If you want honest reviews find a company that interests you and google them. These Top Host sites are known for having the hosts with the largest payouts/affiliate programs to be magically in the top list of best.
As far as having a dedicated IP for each domain. Not really going to happen unless you have installed SSL's on each site. Now if your looking for ipv6 then yes you can do that. Good Luck.
