I have had this happen several times in the past. When I had it happen though, the sites had been dropped from the affiliate program as well, which made me take them much more seriously.

Unfortunately for us affiliates, some of these companies don't cover all bases in their model contracts. I would research it a bit before folding, but still take it very seriously.

Never heard back from you on that domain, assuming she got a higher offer?

I have several Twitter accounts that the names are owned and operated by companies that do not like the fact that I have hundreds of thousands of followers for that person and they have deleted me from their affiliate program because they feel I am intruding. Google loves me (#1) I just use this as a way to send sales to alternate affiliate programs and just push my good "friend" whores. It works just fine.

Amy quit the biz and Lou is her husband. Pretty sure he's trying to completely disassociate her name with anything "adult" online and in doing so is most likely sending out a lot of C&D and threatening letters.
