Fuck the scamming is getting bad lol

This is an old one, but for anybody selling domains or websites watch out for this too

A person by the name of Michael Bortman is going around doing a domain apraisel scam

As I said before that is the only way which I am prepared to sell the domain.

The domain comes with the website if you want it.

I will be putting it up for auction on Sedo next week, so if you do want the domain for the listed price on Sedo I suggest you buy it now as I have no control of how much it will sell for

Yeah the appraisal scam has been around for a decade. Just send him back the appraisal from Estibot and tell him you're ready to proceed with the sale.

Never pay for an appraisal. If he wants an appraisal he can pay for it himself.

I had someone email to ask me to please let a domain name expire since they wanted it.

Interesting and honest approach I guess. Didn't work since I want it still. Good try though.

I have had the exact same thing but my guy was called David Grantz. Funny it happened the next day after i listed a domain on sedo he must just go round looking for new domains on sedo lol Sad
