It sucked... I thought it was a Mike Tyson roast for awhile. They went on and on tearing into each other and then spent maybe 1 minute on Charlie. Ridiculous. The only one that actually spent pretty much all his time on Charlie was Shatner.

These shitty Comedy Central roasts are the worst. I grew up with the Dean Martin roasts - and the infomercials for those old DVDs are funnier than anything Comedy Central can come up with today.

The infomercials are funnier than South Park - and I (used to) love South Park.

The old roasts had real celebrities; Actual legends from television, theatre and film. They were peers. They were friends and close aquaintances.

Now you get who? Mike Tyson? Jon Lovitz? Shatner? Who are these other assholes on stage? Nameless no-talents who'd be out of job if it wasn't for these shitty roasts.

No matter how fucked up Charlie Sheen is - or was - there was no-one on that stage (besides maybe Shatner - but he'll do ANYTHING for attention now) who accomplished one tenth of what Sheen has managed so far.

In his time (which is not yet over), Charlie Sheen has been a major movie star (granted, that might have been awhile ago), and the highest paid actor in the history of American television.

No-one on that stage besides maybe Shatner, and Charlie's friends Lovitz and Ross (untalented fuck that he is...) has the right even say anything to Charlie Sheen beyond "Yes, sir." , "No, sir.", or "May I please stick my tongue up your ass while I polish your boots and lay out a few lines for you and your lady friends, sir?"

Charlie must have been paid a fortune to sit there and listen to these insignicant, unfunny, untalented fucks "roast" him.

BTW - Seth MacFarlane is a show-tune spewing piece of shit who happens to have a hit show. Once Family Guy is done - he is forgotten. He's the most obnoxious, irritating "person" on the face of the planet. I love Family Guy - its MacFarlane I despise. I'd much prefer Ford Fairlane over Seth MacFarlane.
