you do not want a site like that unless you have a huge mainstream advertising budget

no seo on that site at all

you got a name or 100,000k to advertise with?

if not i'll do a site for $1000 and have it done in 2 weeks...

Not sure what you like about that site, or how important it is to have a 'unique' theme, but there are probably free themes like that around, if not Themeforest ones for about $15.
