CCBill AWOL ?

I have been trying to log into CCBill since last week and "something" is not working. I contacted live support, who told me my account was fine and they will send me a reset-password link. I reset my password, and still cannot get in.

Talking to CCBill live support on day 2 the operator tried several times to get my log in working again for me (he could get into my account internally) but after an hour of his assistance with no results, I had to leave the house and I told them I would get back to them.

I tried using 2 different browsers, and 2 different computers thinking one may have something software-wise corrupted. Today I am using a brand-spanking new machine (constructed 2 days ago from the ground up, with all windows updates and the latest versions of both Mozilla and Iron and all drivers, ect.) and still no luck, so back to live support.

But for the past 2-3 days now it appears CCBill's live support link has been re-directing to the sales site of the chat software their support department uses instead of loading the chat interface.

Today, the chat interface for live support appears to be working again but reports that there are no live operators.

Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds strange, no issues here. Are you logging in at https://admin.ccbill.com/? Are you selecting the correct account type (affiliate / client) ?

Thank you, I have tried that as well. On top of the fact that every time the operator told me to try again (with failures to complete the log in) my IP was banned and manually un-banned (by the live support op.) numerous times. Sadly I am still stuck with the same bug. I submit my account number, user name, pass, the screen blinks, then the account number field goes blank.

Where did their live support go for several days now? I think it is safe to say that my hardware has little to do with their live support links going bupkiss and now a report of no live operators now that the chat interface is once again loading instead of re-directing to the sales page of the chat interface program.

In the process of trying everything, I clicked on the link you posted, and clicked on the live support link at CCBill again, and sure enough, no chat interface loaded, but back to the sales page re-direct.

AHA! Finally got through to live support and Charles S. made my day too! Weird weird weird, but it all seems to be working now. My god I have not checked sales since before Christmas... MERRY FUCKING CHRISTMAS sales were awesome over the last week! Yay!
