Any idea a good payment gateway for adult biz, I tried Epoch and Epoch EU but it only process transactions for merchants located in the Visa U.S.A and Visa Europe regions. Any idea for canada.

As french canadian, I have had the same problem. The only reasonable solution I found is this one:

1- Register a company in europe. There are many companies on the net that will do that for anywhere between 500$ and 1200$ I registered mine in Gibraltar.

2- Use CCBill with your european company

3- Use Sliiing to power up your CCBill affiliate program
