When Katrina hit New Orleans, people used fork lifts to lift, pry and open the gates over all the front doors of the drug stores. There was video and pics, I recall seeing.

If you need to move something heavy and large, machines are your friend.

Terrorism? The most common reason is economics? jobs, and to some extent, drugs. Terrorism isn't used as pretext very often at all. Nobody is afraid of Mexicans blowing up Cowboys Stadium.
