What region/city are you based in? What is the avergage price (euros) per m2 for Industrial wharehouse space in your area these days.

I realize my question at this point is broad, as there are numerous variables, as to its location, the rented surface, the contract duration and the quality of the space itself.

General comments on the RO RE market are appreciated.

Try to buy the Bran castle in Transylvania......nice place and you could fly a big .XXX flag at the top mast, without bothering much people.....and you could take tourist's pictures when they come visit ''your'' Dracula Castle and post them on NALEM......wow!

In my area very cheap, included security. On the industry park next to me they give you 6 months for free in the begin, so you can take your time putting your stuff in it and not paying yet, excellent security surveillance teams, and around 15-20 Doberman dogs, price is around 1 Euro per M2
