Server Admins - help - IIS + ASP file permissions

Any server admins able to give me some help on this one?

I am having problems trying to setup an upload script.

Script is freeaspupload

Problem is as below :

Folder C:\inetpub\vhosts\DOMAIN\UPLOADS_FOLDER does not have write permissions.
The value of your uploadsDirVar is incorrect. Open uploadTester.asp in an editor and change the value of uploadsDirVar to the pathname of a directory with write permissions.

Permissions set are as follows (for the user account)
Modify
Read & Execute
List Folder contents
Read
Write

Server admin tells me it is the script ( it is not as it worked on the previous server).

Folder location is correct too.

Question - do they need to change permissions for asp aswell?
