Does not impress me at all. Check out this old'n'good project: Hobby computer ZX Evolution
It's an ATX form factor computer (4 Mb RAM, 512Kb ROM, Floppy, IDE etc) which is fully compatible with original Speccy, ZX Spectrum 128 and with many hardware extensions for advanced graphics and sound. Watch the demo for the base config model: more videos: Yes, it's been made by some Russian freak w/o any crowdfunded money and you can still buy it.
