We're on a push at the moment against several sites however we are particularly interested in copies of DMCA notices relating to:

depfile.com
ultramegabit.com
mega.co.nz

Please send copies of DMCA notices to [email protected]

We are also interested in Piracy reports relating to Blogspot (Google) hosted blogs. If you find any distributing content that they shouldn't be or linking to file lockers with potentially infringing material then please fill out our form here:

Aside from infringements, it seems from a backlink check among other things that depfile is very easy to put upon for hosting content that is suggestive to be illegal, especially from several pages back.

This filelocker say it supports (C) holders:
http://hulkfile.eu/cholders.html

But bills with DownloadNolimit and got affiliate program for uploaders:
http://hulkfile.eu/?op=payments
http://hulkfile.eu/makemoney.html

So can uploaders affiliate program coexist with true (C) holders support?

The other day I decided to do a bit of Googling to see how well some of my top sponsors were doing in keeping content off the forums and lockers. For one particular sponsor 95% of the pirate links out there were dead. Most were Oron, filesonic, and that other upload one which I forget. So taking these guys down IS having a positive effect.

Is it enough to save us? Sadly I doubt it. Even if a sponsor keeps all they can off these sites there is still a ridiculous amount of forums out there filled with new posts every minute with full scenes for every fetish. We're talking about some forums which have so many new posts in a section for a given fetsih that you could not even go thorugh all the content shared in any given day with a week of viewing. So those surfers still aren't going to buy because they are overloaded with content from all the other guys. It sucks. But at least things are slightly better than they would be thanks to this and other efforts like it.

How do you intend to kill off image sharing/hosting websites? They can easily survive without paypal or even premium membership.

pimpandhost.com is a good example. They are constantly stealing content and sharing it on adult forums.

Or even imagearn.com/ they don't have premium memberships.

---
Tumblr steals a lot of adult content. I'm constantly filing DMCA complaints against them and not getting a single respond.

We will take their domains, their assets and then have them prosecuted. We have found an almost universal problem of illegal content on these image hosts.

We will then have the payment processing of the advertising networks who support them mitigated if they do not co-operate with us in terminating such publishers.

For example if AWE keep playing this game of 'we're not responsible for our publishers' then I am going to begin going directly after the credit card processing they use worldwide.

Over the course of the next year, uncooperative ad networks will begin to feel a lot of pain.

Send us examples of this by forwarding full copies of DMCA notices to [email protected] and send us an email to [email protected] showing us examples where Tumblr are ignoring DMCA's.

We have never had issues with Tumblr complying with our requests.

Filelockers are nothing compared to what's getting posted on Usenet. What makes it even worse are usenet providers with >1500 days of retention. Usenet is probably by far the biggest library of pirated material avaible for just 10$/month to everyone. I'm still wondering how the big usenet providers get through with it.

They've got billing = they are vulnerable

It's just a matter of resources and prioritizing until CopyControl / AK gets to usenet providers, if I had to make a guess.

Your DMCA submission is 99% likely incorrect, Tumblr always removes images.

If you want an effective template fell free to ask

Even though I'm using Strong Box from the reports of the program itself I can see that there are many guys logged inside my site, without being members. That made me go and look around in order to see - and I felt on this link:

http://porncomix.re/blog/ - it offers a complete site rips of the most famous cartoon porn sites from around the web.

The files are stored in here: http://filesflash.com/
And people are able to downlod them from that location....

While I was looking - is a site that offers usernames and passwords to membeship sites should be considered as informational sites ?
Like this one for example: http://www.cartoonpasses.com/tag/mydirtydrawings/

Damn.... I'm gonna launch a free site and will sell ad spots !

Everyone gets usenet for free with their internet connection. Sure, not the 1500 day + retentions, but certainly enough to use it. So the uploaders don't get paid, the downloaders don't have to pay. There is no money changing hands. (Yes, sure, there are some premium account sellers, but it is possible to download all you want for nothing with access that comes with your ISP account). 10TB a day is being uploaded at the last count.

Usenet is not really free anymore. Most ISP?s cut out their free Usenet accounts and no longer provide access. At least here in the states anyways.

Usenet is pretty much dead anyways. There are a couple of groups that offer the mega site stuff, but the independent site stuff is gone and moved to file lockers.

Damian, love, file lockers get 100's of TB everyday collectively, and considering some of what has been going on behind the scenes with copyright infringement and going after rogue merchants, it's probably not much of a step to bridge that over to usenet.

I'd not seen any figures for filelocker uploads, honey. Can you quote your source?

I mean, you wouldn't be talking out of your arse, would you?

Merchants, yes, but usenet is free. How do you think that can be stopped, been going since before the WWW, many have tried, none have succeeded.

The thing you (collectively) don;t seem to understand is that large scale piracy existed way way waaay before upload monkeys were monetised. It's a red herring to go after them. Sure, AK has closed a few. But more have sprung up and the industry clearly thinks he is wasting his time or would support him with more than a couple of $50 donations.

I say it again, this is a waste of time. Piracy has always existed, will always exist and you should concentrate efforts on making a better lander, email, tour, payment page, prepament page and site rather than piss away time and money trying to win a fight that cannot ever be won.

You know, actually read the thread and you might just stop making yourself look uninformed.

Brother, if you do that...then you will truly be bringing major pain to piracy.

The level of piracy would be back to almost non-existent again if all these goddamn companies would stop advertising on them and keeping them rich.

In my humble opinion that would be a real game changer that could be used on filelockers AND porn tubes with user upload.

14 Usenet providers have lost Paypal and can expect to lose credit card processing soon if they continue to carry certain newsgroups.

Don't for a moment thing Usenet is immune to what we are doing.

However as for figures, some file lockers we monitor for DMCA's have uploads equivalent to or exceeding of the total volume Usenet in one day.

Oron was a monster, sites like Uploaded, Netload, Rapidgator and Letitbit are huge in comparison to the content added to Usenet each day.

We're doing ok, however always welcome contributions via either Paypal or Paxum at [email protected]

One of the common complaints by people building NZB's is completion, DMCA's and other strategies actually mean that a whole lot of content has missing parts which make completion impossible.

We're going to crush Usenet providers who continue to distribute harmful and infringing content.

It's clear throughout this thread that Damian has no understanding of the scale of the file locker problem.

Merchants, yes, but usenet is free. How do you think that can be stopped, been going since before the WWW, many have tried, none have succeeded.
Usenet isn't free - it may be provided for free by your ISP but that isn't the same thing.

Some of the largest copyright holders disagree with you, our methods have been very effective and we're already developing new capabilities which will help us further mitigate the problem (partly why I have been so quiet lately as we build new alliances and technology).

It's just a matter of resources and prioritizing until CopyControl / AK gets to usenet providers, if I had to make a guess.

Sure, buddy. Petabytes of Hollywood movies, flac-quality albums, Photoshop standard apps, and the latest games on Usenet for a decade and a half, but some dude from GFY will be the demise of Usenet as soon as he can spare five minutes. I've heard it all now.

It's not even close to being dead. It's true that it doesn't have the range of more obscure material other places have though.

It's clearly not a waste of time for people trying to make a living from piracy by pretending it can be stopped.

1. Are you saying they 'lost' Paypal because of you?
2. Care to list those 14 Usenet providers?
3. Care to list the Newsgroups, so we can see if they're piracy related?

Don't for a moment thing Usenet is immune to what we are doing.
Funny. Whenever anyone asks why you don't go for adult tubes, the claim is you're just going after file lockers. Must be another reason you go out of your way to defend adult tubes then.

We don't discuss ongoing operational matters.

We're looking at several forums at the moment, specifically including x-teens.net

x-teens.net link to several of the worst file lockers, providing substantial traffic to them.

If you have a problem with x-teens.net and any other forums who display ExoClick ads then please send copies of your DMCA's to [email protected]

Dwolla received Federal orders to stop processing payments between Dwolla and MtGox.

Expect more of the same over coming months and years, Bitcoin has no friends when it comes to western Governments and regulators.
