The prisoners in Guantanamo have been there for over 10 years. They have NO idea who, what, or where anything in Al Qaeda is anymore (if they ever did).

Saying Bush "put it in place"...you might as well say George Washington did.

The CIA and military FINALLY found him 10 years after the fact. Pretty lame if you ask me...especially when you realize that we went to war with Afghanistan because the Mullahs wouldn't turn him over. And we supposedly have all this high tech abilities and spend trillions on military...

And it turns out he was never anywhere we thought. He was always in a giant house in Pakistan. lol

But no...Bush had nothing to do with that in my opinion. That one belongs to Obama.

Obama was the one who put everything on the line. If Bin Laden wasn't there or got away, the US would have staged armed intrusion into a foreign country. You can debate the legalities of the raid until your blue in the face, but the truth is if this went south there is a good chance Obama would have been removed from office. At the very least, he would have no chance in winning the next election? Remember Jimmy Carter?

The President of the United States is the commander in chief of the armed forces. He gets all of the credit when things go bad, and takes all of the heat when we fail.
